You can now hide offers for customers who have specific Shopify customer tags.

This gives you more control over who sees your quantity discounts.

For example, you may want to:

  • Hide offers from wholesale customers

  • Exclude VIP members from public promotions

  • Prevent staff or internal accounts from triggering discounts

  • Run tag-based segmented promotions

When creating or editing an offer:

  1. Go to Advanced settings

  2. Tick the checkbox for Customers with specific tags

  3. Search and select the customer tags you want to exclude

Customers who have any of the selected tags will not see the offer on the storefront.
